This past week I had an amazing coaching session with one of my Diamond clients and we came to the realization that she wasn’t showing herself any love. Self-love is so important. Self-love is the foundation of attracting the love you want from that special someone, your family, and friends.

Self-love is the 1st step in attracting the exact level of love you want from others.

There are three sections of self-love. They are:

1. Mind
2. Body
3. Spirit

What I have come to realize is that we as women seem to only show our body love however, we neglect our mind and our spirit. Some ways that I have noticed that single women show their body love is mainly focused on the outer appearance. This includes dressing in the hottest fashion, fresh manicure and pedicure, and keeping your hair done. This is great however, are you neglecting your inner body?

Your inner body has to deal with what you are putting in your body and how you are talking to and about your body. I have noticed that some of my clients look great on the outside but they feel tired because they aren’t putting the right nutrients in their body or they are constantly saying things like:

“My body is so ugly.”
“If I could only lose about ten more pounds…”
“I have these ugly stretch marks…”
Does this sound like something that you say on a regular basis?

If you really want a man to appreciate your body and adore it then you must also treat it the same way.

So I want you to focus on adoring your body and showing your body love. This includes the inner and outer.

Mr. Right Attraction assignment for the Week

1. Create a self-love routine for your body. This includes the inner and outer part of our body. The inner part of your body could include:
• Drinking eight glasses of water
• Juicing once per day
• Creating an exercise regimen that you enjoy

The outer part of your body routine could include:
• Exfoliating your skin once a week
• Taking a warm bath and relaxing
• Putting on your favorite body scents

2. Upon waking in the morning run your hands down your body and say ‘Thank you’.
3. Create a list of ten positive affirmations that you can speak to yourself daily.
Examples include:
1. I am sexy.
2. I love every cell in my being.
3. I am confident in everything I think say and do.
4. My body is beautiful.
5. I love my body and everything it allows me to do.
